Important Information

Please note that the School is required to take steps to ascertain whether your child has permission to be in the UK and to study at the School.

Failure to provide full details / documents in relation to any of the below information at all relevant stages of the admissions process will result in your application not being processed and therefore no place awarded.

If your child has or will have a time restricted or temporary visa in any other immigration category (for example, as a dependent), please attach a copy of this and any share code details below if you have it, or as soon as you have it if the application is pending.

If your child has been granted digital status under the UK's EU Settlement Scheme, please attach a copy of the share code below.

Please note that in relation to all children who have, or will have a time restricted or temporary visa, including those who are sponsored by us, we reserve the right to:

a) request further information and sight of documentation in support of your declarations regarding immigration at any time; and

b) to share information with the Home Office as required, including for the purposes of compliance with our responsibilities as a licenced sponsor.

The School may be required to notify and / or supply information relating to your (i.e. the parents) and / or your child's right to enter, reside and / or study in the United Kingdom to the Home Office (and to do so whether we sponsor your child or not).

Additional information will be required from you as part of the visa application process with the Home Office. Your Child’s Learning Profile & Developmental Information

In this section, you can tell us about any medical, emotional or behavioural issues that have arisen since you registered your child, as well as further information regarding your child’s development. These questions are designed to allow us to have an informed discussion with you about how we can best meet your child’s needs, as well as help in providing a bespoke environment for each of our pupils. This section also ensures we have the most up to date and accurate information about your child’s learning profile. This is important as many of our prospective families register their child at birth, meaning many important developments have taken place since they were last in touch with Devonshire House.

If we can accommodate your child’s needs, we will, but we require you to be open, honest, and as detailed as possible when answering these questions so we can collectively ensure that Devonshire House is the right environment for your child.
