The outdoor benefits

The benefits of outdoor learning are well documented, which is why we invest as heavily in our outdoor learning environment as our indoor spaces. Your child’s gross motor skills will be supported by the climbing frame and pirate ship, and there’s messy play aplenty in the mud kitchen and sandpits.

Outdoor Learning

The outdoor learning area encourages collaboration and imagination, giving your child the confidence to take risks in a safe environment. A covered area allows your child to get out whatever the weather.

From Oaks, in the Summer Term, your child will also benefit from weekly Forest School sessions on the neighbouring Lower School site.
