at Devonshire House School

The School has its own kitchens and a healthy cooked lunch is prepared every day.

There are options for pupils with any special dietary needs.

The caterers are committed to a healthy diet and to help protect the planet.  This year they wrote confirming the following:

“Cooking as much as possible from fresh, using local suppliers wherever possible. We are audited annually by the Soil Association who rate our food as 98.3% cooked from fresh. Our menus are designed to ensure optimum appeal to the pupils, but with healthy and nutritional food underpinning the menus.”

“Where we provide bottled water for packed meals / teas, we use a product made from 51% rPET and all other products are recycled, recyclable or compostable.”

“Over 92% of our goods are UK sourced and can be classified as locally sourced.”  (This helps to keep down the food miles).
