Oak Tree Nursery
The Oak Tree Nursery is a kind and caring place for children to start their experience of school and to develop a love of learning. It has direct access to an outside garden, which is a secure play area with safe, interesting play equipment. The staff nurture the children, who can then move onto the Early Years at Devonshire House School. The School takes pupils through to their entry to Senior Schools and there is a strong sense of family and community.
The Oak Tree Nursery is for children from two and a half years of age.

Pre Reception and Reception
Devonshire House welcomes new pupils into both Pre-Reception (3+) and Reception (4+). The nurture and teaching starts the children’s general education, with wonder and interest.
Entry into Pre-Reception from the Oak Tree Nursery is automatic. New children also enter Pre-Reception, in the School year that follows their third birthday.
Entry to Reception is in the School year following a child’s fourth birthday.
