School holidays clubs
Mindful that childcare can be challenging during the school holidays, we run our own holiday clubs for 4 weeks a year:
- 1 week during Easter holiday
- 3 weeks during summer holiday (1st two weeks and last week)
Holiday Clubs
Familiar and trusting environment
Your child can have fun with their friends, in a familiar and trusted setting. You have the peace of mind that they are having a lovely time with expert staff that know them well. Families joining Devonshire House often use the summer club as a gentle transition into school life before starting in September.
Holiday Clubs
Acorns (for children 2 – 3½ years old)
Cost: £450
Time: 8:30am – 3pm.
Your child will enjoy fun activities such as games, arts and crafts, role play, singing and dancing. We will do learning through play, getting moving with indoor and outdoor activities in our dedicated Nursery playground that includes a sand pit, a mud kitchen, an imaginative pirate ship, two climbing walls, a forest garden for planting and nature research and a little hut.
There will be a focus on Communication and Language Development, Personal Social and Emotional Development, and Physical Development.
Your child will spend parts of the holiday in a familiar environment with our own Devonshire House staff members.
We reserve the right to cancel the club if we don’t meet the necessary sign-up number (refund will be provided in that case).
Little Oaks (for children 3½ – 5 years old)
Cost: £360
Time: 8:30am – 3pm.
Make new friends and develop practical skills while enjoying sports, games, arts, crafts and many more fun activities:
- Science experiments
- Zumba and yoga
- Cooking delicious treats to take home.
- Lego play
- Wilderness activities
- Scavenger hunts
- Goop making
- Games
- Music
- Bread painting
Holiday Clubs
Creative Arts, IT & Activity (for children 6 – 11 years old)
Cost: £300
Time: 08:30am – 3pm.
Enjoy activities from arts and crafts, working with clay, tie-dye, cross-stitch, and Hama. At the end of the week take home your creations to enjoy!
You’ll also explore coding and programming using iPads and computers. Learn stop motion animation, and create digital art.
Lots of energy to burn? We’ll be having mini competitions in dodgeball, invasion/tag games, hide and seek games, football, netball, short tennis and many more.
